CCG's Overview and Its Colleagues
The Complément Consulting Group (CCG), as a national educational agency, brings together in a collaborative a team of experienced interdisciplinary professionals to provide leadership on grant writing, educational development , evaluation, and research-based policy services to school districts, universities, community colleges, and not-for-profit agencies. In addition to Dr. Olson who leads the Group (who has over 50 years of background in grant development), CCG includes a team of over 12 colleagues with expertise in a wide range of grant areas, including: educational improvement and evaluation, organizational development, best practices in teaching and learning, anthropology, sociology, economics, philosophy, law, literary theory, artistic disciplines, psychology, and history.

CCG is unique in that it advocates that any consultative process must focus on the development of empathic personal relationships. CCG aims to employ a process of modeling with clients or a parallel group process so that the relationships established with clients are consistent with how CCG would hope that teachers, administrators, and family members, for example, would interact with others as the various facets of teaching and learning are explored and defined.
