Crystal Vance Guerra

Crystal Vance Guerra is a nonprofit leader, grant writer, educator, and program manager with more than a decade of experience in community development, education, environmental conservation, and the arts. She has co-founded and managed grassroots nonprofits and community initiatives in the U.S. and Latin America, with experience in program development, fundraising, grant writing and reporting, partnership building, budgeting, and evaluation.

Her education work includes developing bilingual curricula, leading community-based workshops, and managing international education programs that integrate the sciences with the arts. Her grant experience spans both proposal development and program implementation, giving her a practical understanding of how to build strong, fundable programs and carry them through from planning to evaluation.
